Micro Dose 0.05 grams-0.25 grams
This dose is the entry level of micro dosing psilocybin & is considered a very low dose. Although all bodies are different, you will almost certainly not experience any hallucinogenic effects. You almost certainly will be able to work, think and behave the same as before taking it. This dose works ' behind the scenes' and is meant to help build connections & boost mood. To play it safe, you could try taking this micro dose for the first time a day off work/school so you can notice and enjoy any subtle changes in your thinking or mood. Make sure you record your dose & feelings in a journal for reference! Generally, you can take this dose in the morning before your daily routine of work, school or other responsibilities and it will not affect your ability to function normally.
Mini Dose 0.25 grams- 0.75 grams
This dose may still be considered a micro dose to more experienced users. It is still on the low end of the dosing spectrum. It may deliver a mild hallucinogenic effect, slightly distorted visuals and sleepiness. Some folks may take this dose and continue with their daily routine without trouble, others may want to clear their schedule to enjoy the effects. We recommend starting at the lower end of this range on a work or school day. Record your results!
Standard "Trip" Dose 0.75 grams- 1.5 grams
You will experience the effects in the micro and mini dose range along with mild to moderate visuals, shifted perspective, reduced motor skills, enhanced senses & euphoria. This dose is considered a medium dose. It is almost certainly going to give you altered perception of time & reality, altered visuals & euphoria. This is not the type of dose to take before school, work or any other activity that requires a clear head.
Macro Dose 1.5 grams- 2.5 grams
Feelings of euphoria will increase along with vivid visualizations. This dose is generally considered a high dose, suitable for experienced psilocybin users. For most people, this amount of psilocybin will induce what most of us think of as a stereotypical "psychedelic trip" with distorted time, intense visuals and significantly altered perception that lasts around 6 hours. we recommend arranging a trip sitter for the first time you consume this amount of psilocybin. We also recommend considering taking this dose on a day off when you will also have the following day off, in case you need some time for self- care & reflection.
Mega Dose 2.5 grams- 3.5 grams
Powerful euphoric feelings, significantly amplifies emotions, increased visual exaggerations resulting in a prolonged hallucinogenic experience! This is the highest recommended dose and is considered a very high dose of psilocybin (it is called mega dose after all). Most people will experience a very intense trip with this amount.
